I've modified the input file for Elden Ring gamepad layout. There may be some issues, but it should work properly. If you encounter any problems, please let me know so I can fix them.

Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the mod. (Check the files tab)
Installation:
Controls:
RSB == Right Stick Button
LSB == Left Stick Button
RB == Right Bumper
RT == Right Trigger
LB == Left Bumper
LT == Left Trigger
Here are the changes I've mostly made:
I changed the BASE_INTERACTIONS keys to B (Jump key A, so...)
Y: Radial Menu
X: Use quick item or throw.
A: Jump (Horse Jump Still B)
B: Run , Climb (you must change the run to hold)
RT: Heavy Attack
RB: Light Attack
LT: Spare, Cast Sign
LB: Guard, Block
LB: Focus, Sens.
Known issues:
-Quick Casting not working on current version.

- Simply place the file named "input.settings" into the "C:\Users\username\Documents\The Witcher 3" directory.
- That's it! You can start playing.
