i just installed the mod and had the two lvl 1 swords you have from the beginning of the game in my inventory. their dmg raised up but it's not 500, only the silver sword is now to 99 dmg. edit: i think i have the wrong swords. where do i find those that are needed for the mod?
You would want to look for the 'Normal Set' Diagrams (blueprints) of the Bear (Ursine) swords. Ursine Silver Sword and Ursine Steel Sword. Then, have those swords manufactured by a weapon smith. THEN, install the mod. To find the blueprints, this might help: http://witcherhour.com/how-to-get-the-bear-ursine-witcher-gear/
Heh miko, I can relate to the you when you fought the caretaker in the von Everec garden. That faceless guy has a spade that has a "10% damage dealt returned as vitality (healing you)", (him) stat. He nearly always has a full white bar. Very tricky cdprojectred!
Anyway, miko have you thought of giving your weapons different attributes instead of just damage dealt? You should see what happens when you give your sword poison, bleeding, burning or freezing effects. The NPCs really react to those agents in spectacular fashion. Check it out, and by the way if you put those effects on, you do not have to have such a high damage stat to give you what you want.
p.s. How did you go fighting Olgierd in Iris's nightmares scene?
