Medium Regeneration - Brings 450HP regeneration out of combat and 150HP in-combat
Low Regeneration - Brings 150HP regeneration out of combat and 50HP in-combat
No Regeneration - Disables Health Regenerations.
Special:
Extreme Regeneration - Brings 800HP both in and out of combat

HOW TO:
Choose the desired Mod Setting then,
Extract and copy "modHealthRegenerationRework" from .rar archive, into your "The Witcher 3/mods" folder.
