Changes weather in some regions to match more the environments of specific areas in the world.

This is a small mod which changes already existing weather types in specific regions like Velen and Skellige. More precisely: it changes the probability of weather types and introduces more snow in Skellige.
Note: This is not a new lighting mod, it only uses already existing weather environments! However, due to how it works, its not compatible  with already existing lighting mods which introduce new weather types! Compatible with mods like DarkerNights.

Content:
In Velen now it is more likely that it rains then in Vanilla. (Note: due to that, means that Novigrad will have also more rain, cause Velen and Novigrad share actually their weather types, unfortunately).

In Skellige now there will be more Snow weather. I added also a "new" weather type in Skellige, namely the snow blizzard from the Avallach quest. Means that in Skellige the higher probability that it snows, will bring more immersion into the game. (Sad that the next Gen Version didnt cover Skellige in Snow! (Pictures above!) UPDATED: More Snow particles in Skellige!

i also added weather types to appear in areas where they actually dont:
-> Kaer Morhen, Skellige and Wyzima now also have the new introduced "Grey Sky" from the next gen version. (Pictures above)
-> Wyzima now also has rain. Vanilla has only one type of weather in Wyzima (Clear Sky with Light Clouds).

NEW: Added also the Grey Sky in Skellige, but with snowy weather :)

Here are the available types of weather in each region who are changed. In addition, i describe also the specific weather types and their probability ingame for a better impression.

Prolog/White Orchard:
(WT_Clear) = Sunny Sky with almost no clouds; Probability: 20% in Game
(WT_Light_Rain) = just light rain; Probability: 15% in Game
(WT_Rain_Storm) = Storm with blizzards in sky and more rain; Probability: 10% in Game
(WT_Light_Clouds) = Sunny sky with small clouds; Probability: 30% in Game
        (WT_Mid_Clouds) = Sunny sky with bigger clouds; Probability: 50% in Game
(WT_Grey_Sky) = New Grey sky introduced through Next Gen Version; Probability: 20% in Game
(WT_Heavy_Clouds) = Dark clouds with raining; Probability: 10% in Game


Wyzima:
WT_Mid_Clouds = Probability: 50%
WT_Grey_Sky = Probability: 40%
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Dark = Probability: 30%
WT_Light_Clouds = Probability: 30%


Velen/Novigrad:
WT_Clear = Probability: 30% 
WT_Rain_Storm = Probability: 20% 
WT_Light_CLouds = Probability: 30%
WT_Mid_Clouds = Probability: 50%
WT_Mid_Clouds_Dark = Dark Sky with rain particles; Probability: 25%
WT_Heavy_Clouds = Probability: 30%
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Dark = Same as mid clouds dark, though uses different clouds; Probability: 30%
WT_Grey_Sky = Probability: 20%


Skellige(updated):
WT_Mid_Clouds_Dark = Probability: 5%
WT_Mid_Clouds_Fog = Same as mid cloud weather but with fog and very few snow particles, sky doesnt appear that sunny. Probability: 50%
WT_Mid_Clouds = Probability: 30%
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Snow = Heavy Clouds and normal Snow;  Probability: 30%
WT_Snow_Storm = Heavy Snowstorm with many snow particles: Probability: 30% 
WT_Foggy_Snow = Normal snow and big fog; Probability: 40%
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Dark = Probability: 5%
WT_Clear = Probability: 20%
WT_Grey_Sky_Snow = Grey Sky in Skellige, but with snowy weather; Probability: 30

-> High probability of snow weather in Skellige!

Kaer Morhen:
WT_Clear = Probability: 30%
WT_Rain_Storm = Probability: 5%
WT_Light_Clouds = Probability: 50%
WT_Mid_Clouds = Probabiliy: 30%
WT_Heavy_Clouds = Probability: 30%
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Dark = Probability: 10%
WT_Grey_Sky = Probability: 10%

Update: Added a new optional file where Kaer Morhen has also snowy weather!

New Winter Epilogue in White Orchard:
WT_Heavy_Clouds_Snow = Heavy Clouds with Snow in White Orchard after you decided to make Ciri the new emperor. Probability: 50%
WT_Mid_Clouds = Mid Clouds and sunny weather without Snow particles. Probability: 50%
-> Unfortunately i dont have yet a save game for the winter epilogue to provide you with some pictures. May come in future.


New Optional File: Added also compatibility work for using with BetterVanillaLightingChanges mod. Use Script Merger and give all lines from my mod priority over BetterVanillaLightingChanges mod. (Reference, look at the last picture of the scrrenshots for better understanding in case you dont know how to do). Doing it manually is highly recommended, cause personally i dont use Vortex or any other mod manager to solve those problems, therefore i dont know what happens when use those programms! 



Didnt change Toussaint Weather, but maybe in the future. Quite satisfied with the already existing one. (im open minded though for new suggestions from you!) 

Installation:
- Extract the mod file into your "mods" folder in your witcher 3 directory. Use Script merger if some load order have to be changed (unlikely though, cause mod isnt compatible with lighting mods, therefore you shouldnt use any other lighting mod when deciding to take this one instead!)

Plans in future:
1. I definitely want to cover Skellige completely in Snow based on this "project", though it will take some time...
2. Soullike Witcher 3: Well, i exaggerate a bit, but yes i want to make all opponents way more stronger, especially all bosses. I need a new challenge and think that experienced witcher players may also want this.
