Simple script tweak for Ghost Mode to delete level-tied finisher/dismember chance and to make 100% chance of finishers and dismembers
Makes changes only to chance, meaning no forcing finishers on npc's with forced no finisher and so on
Strongly recommend to turn ON automatic finishers in gameplay settings, so it would be smoother, because, you know, finisher chance already maxed out, you cant max it out even more
Put in higher prior. than Ghost Mode. If merging with other mods, merge others with this one, without Ghost Mode
