If you want an alternative version of this mod, since i haven't updated it in ages, you should try the mod below:

--IF YOU'RE UPDATING FROM VERISON 0.1 PLEASE READ:
delete "mod0NewGeralt_A01" and "mod0NewGeralt_A02" folders from your mod folder, if you don't, your game may not load correctly.
If you want your Geralt to look completely bald like in the Screenshot, i recommend using AMM - The Appearances Menu Mod
Also, i strongly recommend using Real Witcher Eyes from Lore-friendly Witchers with my retexture.

Always thought that Geralt's original texture was somewhat cartoonish, so i decided to tweak it.
Here's the result!
To install-
Unzip it into \The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods.
To uninstall-
Delete the mod folders.

- Reworked face textures, now Geralt's face looks less red-ish and more realistic than the original version of the mod, Geralt definitely looks more mature now.
- Reworked Specular map.
- Added HoS compatibility, now Geralt has the HoS markings if you're currently playing HoS.
- Added an optional bald verison, read below how to make Geralt completely bald
