Description:
Prior to game version 4.04, the game would completely pause when quickly accessing the radial menu. For some reason CDPR removed this feature in version 4.04 and now the game slows down but does not pause. This mod restores the pause function just like version 4.03 and older.

Compatibility
This mod contains only one script: \content\scripts\game\gui\hud\modules\hudModuleRadialMenu.ws
Use Script Merger to merge this with other scripts.

Overview
The radial menu works like this:
In game version 4.03 and older:
- Holding the radial menu button slows down time but does not completely pause it. Releasing the button speeds the game back up to normal 1x speed.
- Clicking the radial menu button completely pauses the game. Clicking the button again unpauses the game and returns to normal 1x speed.
In game version 4.04:
- Holding the radial menu button slows down time but does not completely pause it. Releasing the button speeds the game back up to normal 1x speed.
- Clicking the radial menu button slows down time (just like holding it) and no longer completely pauses it. Clicking the button again speeds the game back up to normal 1x speed.
This mod makes version 4.04 function like it did in version 4.03 and older.
