Save file from the very start of New Game Plus at the Caer Morhen. Level 100. Geralt will wear Grandmaster Griffin armor and swords Teigr and Ami.

Save file from the very start of New Game Plus at the Caer Morhen. Level 100.
Geralt will wear Grandmaster Griffin armor and swords Teigr and Ami. I didn't use Aerondight just for the lore's sake. If the Lady of the Lake gives it to Geralt like something super unique in the end of the game, it looks funny if the same sword Geralt sells to the first met merchant in the White Orchad like some crap, because... well, because it is. For the same reason Geralt has not the saddle and crossbow he won at the tourney, but simple ones of the same power.
All the decoctions and potions and so on are collected. Geralt has a bunch of runes, glyphs and repair kits in the stash.
Game version is 1.31.
