Changes the camera when mounted to disable AutoRotation unless galloping or if the camera is locked to a target.

Generally, I like the camera AutoRotation - except for when engaging in mounted combat.
This mod alters the AutoRotation behaviour of the camera while mounted on Roach.
AutoRotation will be off unless:
Drink your Nekker Warrior Decoctions and get jousting :D
(Geralt may be sceptical but after trying mounted combat against draconids I think Witcher George was on to something)
