   Steam version 1.32
   version 0.5 has no effect, and version 0.4 works well

   if you set it to a decimal you will effectively increase the weight of the items FYI. Just what I was looking for! Thanks!

   Working fine on GoG  1.32 GOTY edition. whiteout this latest save the weight of  my inventory was 196 Same Save only have a total weight of 21 with this installed
   
   to Players having problems have u unpacked the files in Bin/64 folder?
   This is NOT going in Mod Folder
