IF YOU USE THIS MOD, LOOT SOMETHING, THEN SAVE AND LATER UNINSTALL THE MOD THAT PARTICULAR LOOT WILL NOT SCALE DOWN AGAIN. BASICALLY THE CHANGE FOR THE LOOT FOUND WHILE THIS MOD IS INSTALLED IS PERMANENT UNLESS YOU REVERT TO YOUR OLDER SAVE. ONCE YOU UNINSTALL THE MOD ALL LOOT THAT YOU FIND GOING FORWARD WILL BE BACK TO THE GAME'S DEFAULT SETTINGS.
- Installation -
1. Unpack the main folder Better Loot Scaling. 2. Copy the folder modBetterLoot to <gamedir>\mods (or use Vortex), i.e. C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods 3. Copy the bin folder to your game directory, i.e. C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. If you are asked to overwrite a file click yes.
- Uninstall -
1. Delete modBetterLoot from your mods folder (or use Vortex) 2. Go to <gamedir>\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc 3. Delete betterloot.xml

Please read the installation instructions before posting about problems, every step is necessary!
Also make sure that you have merged this mod's files with another mod's conflicting files. Script Merger does this automatically for you and is an essential tool at this point when modding Witcher 3.
Errors that contain "Error [content0] ..." are directly related to the game's files. Make sure you have the latest patch, the latest version of the mod, and then verify your game cache. GOG: More -> Manage installation -> Verify/Repair... Steam: Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game cache...
