After stumbling across this mesh into the gaming files and studying for a few hours how XML files work, I managed to do what CDPR hasn't ! I present to you a mod that will change and improve your gaming experience and immersion as intended by the developers.
This mod restores a little strap belt for the Netflix Season 2 armour, that was intended since the beginning, which connects the belt holding the bottles with the armour itself.
Bear in mind that this strap is only visible when you equip the Netflix Season 2 armour, as intended.
To install this Mod: 1) Unpack the zip file. 2) Drop it into your Mods folder !
This is a mod and as one it could have some issues, it only edits two xml files but even so it might get overwritten, if you have another mod that edits the same xml files try and use the script merger, or give priority to this mod.
So you might ask your self, what's so special in this mod, what did this guy do that CDPR couldn't? The answer is simple, but at the same time a bit complicated. If you are interested, open this:

Usually in the game, each pair of pants has two entities: -One for when Geralt doesn't use any boots and which shows a pair of long pants. -The second for when Geralt does equip boots and the model of the pants is cut at a certain point, so there won't be any visible collision between the boots 3D model and the pants model. Now let's get to the Netflix pants, which have in the files four entities instead of two as usual: -One: When Geralt wears any armour with bare feet, let's call it variant A1. -Two: When Geralt wears any armour but also a pair of boots, let's call it variant A2. -Three: When Geralt wears the Netflix Season 2 armour with bare feet, let's call it variant B1. -Four: When Geralt wears the Netflix Season 2 armour with a pair of boots, let's call it variant B2. The developers had an issue, as you can see in the screenshot provided down below, and the Netflix pants were using only two entities, like all the other pants do, instead of the four intended by the devs.
"So how hasn't CDPR make it in the first place, why you? They made the game after all." You may think and ask your self, well, maybe they just needed some help.
The image shows the next gen Netflix DLC xml with the problem CDPR was having, this image is not meant to laugh at someone or anything else bad, it's meant only to show what the issue was.
Well, now that it's fixed, everyone can play and have fun.
Just delete the Mod from your mods folder.
