Description
Cleans up, strips down, reorders, and rewords the main menus for a less cluttered view and easier access, especially for controller users.
This also fixes the next-gen Options menu bug since v4.0 included 11 menu items instead of 10 (which is their limit, causing misalignment glitches).

Several of us had been trying to figure out how to get the Mods button onto the main menu, but Teiji was the one who finally figured it out! Many thanks to him for his persistence and for letting me include his code.

Reordered:
- Menu items have been moved around to fit the order in which they are most likely to be used
- Incorporated Teiji's Faster Essential Menu for quick mod menu access
- Alternative 2-click mods menu version for compatibility with the Menu Strings Community Patch
Reworded
- Simpler wording looks cleaner and avoids visual bloat
- Fixed capitalization and consistency within the Gameplay and HUD menus
