Description:

As the name suggests, Simply Paler Geralt mod is very simple texture edit that makes Geralt's skin paler so he no longer looks like he just came back from marathon around The Sahara. Mod also removes this strange make-up alike underlining of Geralt's eyes and eyelids, you can see it on comparison screenshots. Fourth screenshot is showing difference between Geralt's faces with and without underlining. There is also version with scars edited with purpose of making face scars match body scars. There is also white HW beard available, originally found in Geralt HairWorks Colors mod, you can also use every color of beard from this mod and it will be compatible.

If you like paler Geralt then maybe you will also like my Witcher 3 Ameliorated preset that provides less vibrant colors without any aggressive settings.

Also, this mod is now compatible with Chest hair for Geralt thanks to its author rivianbleidd, who made compatible version. You can download this file on his page or just click here for direct download link. You have to download special, Simply Paler Geralt compatible file. Delete modSimplyPalerBody file if you use chest hair mod.

Installation:

Simply put both modSimplyPalerFace and modSimplyPalerBody into mods folder in your Witcher 3 directory. If you don't have one, create it. You can use only two files, one for body and one for face, don't put files from different face versions together.

If you want to have only HW beard without HW hair download Hair only file from the HairWorks on everything but Geralt by vikart. Then enable NVIDIA HairWorks on Geralt in game settings. Reduce NVIDIA HairWorks AA and NVIDIA HairWorks Preset settings for less performance cost.

If you use compatible version of Chest hair for Geralt, delete modSimplyPalerBody file to avoid file conflicts.

Note:

I have created my version of paler scars because of compatibility issues with Geralt - Lighter Face Scars by TheReznik. I give credits for him for idea of creating this mod. If you like paler scars idea, don't forget to endorse his mod!

I have also created my white HW beard because of misinformation about compatibility with Geralt HairWorks Colors mod by rivianbleidd in comments, but in fact you can use every beard color from his mod and it will be compatible. Only black head hair version and all eyebrows versions of his mod are incompatible since they are editing the same texture as my mod.
