The mod will fast forward or slow down engine time by 4 times whenever you press the appropriate hotkey. By default NumPad+ is for fast forward and NumPad- is for slow down, but you can assign any other key to the commands from the provided file in the archive.

Copy modSpeedUpOrSlowDownTime folder to your The Witcher 3\mods folder.
Check for conflicts with Script Merger. Merge if necessary.
Copy the keys from the provided .txt file in the archive to the bottom of your input.settings file (in your Documents folder). Change the keys to different ones first if you wish.
