Simple script mods
1. Base Horse Controls
Look around with mouse (right stick), turn with WASD (left stick)
Tip: use Input Overlap and set "Stop Horse" key to the same key as "Movement - Down" (S by default)
2. Always Horse Racing
Horse stops less and can gallop in cities, same as in races
3. No Horse Delay In Combat
Disables 2 cases of annoying "speed locks" (when you can't slow down horse): combat and sword attack
