THIS MOD IS OBSOLETE CHECK OUT THE MOD CREATED BY ivan9807 - IT DOES EXACTLY THE SAME THING AND WORKS WITH 1.22 PATCH
Upon starting NG+ I've immediately noticed something weird. That is, tracks during combat stayed at their, to say "relaxed" version 90% of the time whenever I was in combat. It's like if the game was treating all of the enemies you face as low level NPCs. Video showcase, thanks to paulinea:
Problem was also present in regular NG while fighting high level creatures and NPCs. It's fixed.
Thanks to the mod, you should no longer hear any "relaxed" version of the combat tracks during gameplay. Mod was made with NG+ in mind, though it should work fine with regular NG aswell. Hope someone will find my first mod ever useful.
