This is Reshade preset without ray tracing option.
Installation
Download the latest Reshade. ReShade_Setup_5.5.2_Addon.exe
Select this mod's NoRTX.ini when installing Reshade.
After that, be sure to copy the files of this mod to the location where Reshade is installed.
My personal chat
RTX is just a gimmick in games. I can make great game graphics without RTX, and I've done that in Skyrim and Fallout.
Question
Q: It seems too red.
A: Lower the LUT parameters.
Q: It seems too contrasty.
A: Lower Tonemapping amount parameter a bit.
Q: It seems too bloom in characters and objects.
A: Lower fRBM_BlurWidthPixels parameter in ReflectiveBumpMapping.fx a bit.
Don't forget to check Performance mode after setting. This slightly improves performance.
You can disable NFAA.fx if you are using DLSS. This is for FXAA.
known issues
UI is slightly blurry. Especially the minimap.
It's because of ReflectiveBumpMapping.fx, and I'm using it because it simulates reflected light.
TW3 ReShade Helper mod might help. Unfortunately, it didn't help me much.

RTX는 게임에서 상술일 뿐이다. 난 RTX 없이도 멋진 게임 그래픽을 만들 수 있고 스카이림과 폴아웃에서 그렇게 만들어 왔다.
질문
Q : 너무 붉은것 같아요.
A : LUT 파라메타를 낮추세요.
Q: 대비가 너무 강한것 같아요.
A: Tonemapping amount 파라메타를 약간 낮추세요.
Q: 캐릭터와 오브젝에 빛번짐이 너무 센것 같아요.
A: fRBM_BlurWidthPixels 파라메타를 약간 낮추세요. (ReflectiveBumpMapping.fx)
설정이 끝난후 Performance mode 를 체크하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 이것은 성능을 약간 향상시킵니다.
DLSS 를 쓰고 있다면 NFAA.fx 를 꺼도 됍니다. 이것은 FXAA를 위한 겁니다.
알려진 문제
UI 가 약간 흐릿해 진다. 특히 미니맵이.
ReflectiveBumpMapping.fx 때문인데 이것이 반사광을 흉내내기 때문에 쓰고 있다.
TW3 ReShade Helper mod 가 도움이 될 수도 있다. 안탁깝게도 나에게는 별로 도움이 안됐다.
