All the quests are complete on every map.
All the side quests are complete on every map.
All the hidden quests ( ! ) are complete on every map. (maybe 1 or 2 left)
All the treasure hunts are complete.
All witcher contracts are complete.

1. Ciri is Empress.
2. Cerys is the queen of Skellige.
3. Olgierd is alive.
4. Whoreson is dead, and Dudu is in his place now.
5. Anna Henrietta and her sister are alive, Detlaff is dead.
6. Dijkstra is dead.
7. Roche, Ves alive.
8. Bloody Baron, his wife, and his daughter are alive.
Character fate. Side Quests.
1. Letho is alive.
2. Hjalmar and his friends are alive. Vigi, Folan.
3. Keira Metz is alive.
4. Guillaume and Vivienne, happy ever after ending.
And All the other best Choices I don't remember now.
I did every quest that added every single crew for the battle of Kaer Morhen.
I chose the best choice in every quest, so, it's a 100% happy ending save file.
You can just enjoy wandering around or start a new game+ right away.
I have added 2 NG+ save files with the same story conclusion. In these save files, every weapon and every armor is on max level. Beware that you can't start NG+ on these save files. I added these files if someone doesn't want to start NG+ and likes everything to be on max level.
