Modifies the weight limits for items and initial weight limit

This mod increases initial weight limit by 50% and makes the limits for items from 40 to 160 (instead of 30 to 110).
For example:
To install manually: copy the content of zip file and paste it inside "mods" folder in your game directory.
Note: To make sure everything works perfectly, run the script merger because
this mod might be modifying the same scripts that others do.
For example:
- Normal saddlebags will give you 40 instead of 30.
- Rugged saddlebags will give 100 instead of 70.
- Beauclair saddlebagswill give you 160 instead of 110.
