Remodels and Retextures Geralt, as such it's not compatible with any other mod that changes Geralt's mesh, or textures.
Comes with multiple variants, so you can pick and choose through those, the one I prefer is Weathered
Eye Textures are separate in the optionals tab because I know alot of people like to use different eye mods
Eye textures are compatible with Glowing Eyes, but if you select the Narrow option you'll need to follow the instructions in the Glowing Eyes to get the narrow eye mask, that way it fits the diffuse.
Tattoo Textures are separate, and are located in the Misc. tab, you will still need a matching main file for them.
How it looks in the screenshots is how it should look in your game, if it doesn't look like that, tell me what version you downloaded, and a general list of your mod setup.
