Adds food recipes to various shop vendors. - Most Innkeepers will have recipes.
The food recipes currently added are for food already currently found in the game.
Food is cooked through Alchemy interface and will have the corresponding improved vitality regeneration rates.

Recipes added so far:
Fried Meat
Grilled Pork
Baked Potato
Baked Apple
Chicken Sandwich
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Roasted Chicken
Roasted Chicken Leg
Mutton Stew
Exquisite Honey
Apple Juice
Fondue

Have also tweaked animal loot list so sheep drop mutton legs instead of raw meat and Chickens have a chance of dropping chicken(Go figure :) )

To install use NMM or unzip into %Witcher 3%\Mods directory

I'll be adding some more recipes and seeing about adding a dedicated alchemy tab instead of the current unspecified default.
