About this mod
Geralt now sprints with Right Trigger, cast signals by pressing left stick (optional sign casting detailed below with LB+A/B/X/Y/RB), and will call the horse by pressing 2 times right stick.
No extra programs required.

I have followed in the footsteps of several modders (AlfaCrysis00, Dylbill and others) and made more changes to create my personal version.
They swap swinming and horse sprint using Right Trigger instead of "A" (swapped them). On horse you can still use axii sign to calm it down by pressing "A" (former Right Trigger).
Besides, with my setup, Geralt now sprints with Right Trigger, cast signals by pressing left stick (optional sign casting detailed below with LB+A/B/X/Y/RB), and will call the horse by pressing 2 times right stick.
I play using an Xbox controller, but I think it will work with a Playstation too.
So far I haven't found any bugs...
These are the same Vanilla buttons:
RB = torch, bomb, crossbow
A = loot / interact
B = jump / dodge
X = light Attack
Y = heavy Attack
LT = witcher sense
Installation:
1. Navigate to C:\Users\**YOUR USER NAME**\Documents\The Witcher 3.
2. Backup your current input.settings first before installing the mod. This will make uninstalling this mod easier if you choose to do so.
3. Download my input.settings file and move into C:\Users\**YOUR USER NAME**\Documents\The Witcher 3.
Uninstalling:
1. Navigate to C:\Users\**YOUR USER NAME**\Documents\The Witcher 3.
2. Delete my input.settings file.
3. Paste your backup input.settings file.
OPTIONAL Instant Sign Casting
If you want to have Instant Sign Casting, I highly recommend you install, AFTER my mod, the "GamepadAlternate" mod created by garchi.

Be careful, you have to install its "GamepadAlternate" version (not the "Combat preset" version). In this way you willl cast signals like this:
LB + A = cast Yrden
LB + B = cast Quen
LB + X = cast Axii
LB + Y = cast Aard
LB + RB = cast Axia
Left stick (press) = cast last sign used
LB (2 times) = radial menu (torch, bomb, crossbow, meditation)
LB + D-Pad Up = Journal
LB + Menu button = Inventory
So far I haven't found any bugs...
OPTION 2
Are you currently using “Gamepad Alternate” mod (instant sign casting by garchi) and “Absolute camera” mod (by pMarK)?
Then download optional file 2, because pressing Left stick you can toggle the cameras (user customization/preset) during exploration, combat, witcher senses and so on.
Note: in this file, you have to hold A to ignite/extinguish any candle/torch. Why? Because so you can loot quickly any room instead of accidentally ignite/extinguish candles (like "Torch Hold to Interact" mod, created by Eternal).
