Chaos Tricks (Interactive mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) - PC App & Twitch extension for interactive streaming. Let your viewers control the games you play and get closer to your community! Over 40 in-game events can cause your viewers to donate Bits with sound, visual and chat alerts on the screen.

Chaos Tricks (Interactive mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) - It's a PC App & Twitch extension for interactive streaming. Streamers play in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and confront the viewers watching the stream in real-time! More than 40 unique events can cause your viewers to donate Bits: heal Geralt or give a slape, different buffs or debuffs, various helpers and enemies from small to massive sizes! It's a much more exciting and fun way to support streamers. Streamer gets Twitch Bits for each event and unique content highlights, the viewer gets positive emotions and the opportunity to challenge the streamer personally.
Also, the interactive mod supports English, Spain and German languages.

ATTENTION
The interactive mode works only with the Twitch extension and Chaos Tricks PC App. Available for streamers with ‘’Twitch Affiliate’’ status and above, who are allowed to get Twitch Bits.

Step 1. You need to add Twitch extension Chaos Tricks on your channel

  • ​​Open the extension's page on Twitch
  • GET IT ON TWITCH
  • Click the "+ Install" button
  • Navigate to the "My Extensions" tab
  • Click the "Activate" button and select "Set at Overlay"


Step 2. You need to install App Chaos Tricks on PC APPLICATION

  • Download the application and unpack the archive into a program working directory
  • DOWNLOAD APP
  • Execute the "BitsForTricks.exe" application file
  • Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the application and click the "Cogwheel" icon
  • Click the "Authorize" button and follow the instructions
  • Then you have finished authorization, the status label will be changed to "completed" and the application will start to connect to a server
  • After the application connects, the status label will be changed to "completed". Now the application is ready to get events from the Twitch extension


Step 3. You need to install mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (DLC: Stone of Heart, Blood and Wine)

  • Select the "Settings" tab in the Chaos Tricks application.
  • Press the game icon in the left menu (you may scroll the list with the mouse wheel).
  • Select the correct path to your installed game. For example: "D:\steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3"
  • Having confirmed the mod installation path, press the "INSTALL MOD" button.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

Pay attention!
  • In order to make all events work properly required to install the "Blood and Wine" DLC.
  • Keep in mind that in order to make the mod work properly you have to run the game via the application. After the installation is completed you'll see a green "PLAY" button appear in the mod page.
  • If you are using the GOG game version or want to run the game directly via Steam, you need to add "-net" at the game launch parameters. How to set up this parameters for the GOG game version can be seen at screenshots
  • The first game run may take a few minutes. Please, wait until the ingame scripts compilation completes.


Stream recommendations before start

  • Check the mod works properly by the test event. You may make the test event by clicking on the devil icon in the mod page. 
  • When selecting the "Parameters" menu in the mod page you may setting up parameter the event strength. This parameter affects an events duration and the amount of spawned enemies. All the changes are applied without having to restart the game.
