About this mod
Add effects like Lifesteal, Stunning for stat-only combat skills. Make less favoured combat skills have Enchanting effects like Replenishment, Severance or Deflection... Make strong attack benefit from fast attack only skill and vice versa. Each feature builded as standalone mod.

Muscle Memory: add all attack action 2/4/6/8/10% damage plus 1% max health lifesteal.
Strength Training: add all attack action 2/4/6/8/10% chance of Stunning.
Presice and Crushing Blows: strong attacks benefit half value effects from Precise Blows and fast attacks benefit half value effects from Crushing Blows.
Sunder Armor: benefit all attack action instead of strong attack only.
Deadly Precision: Each Adrenaline Point adds 1/2% chance of instant skill an enemy with 15s cooldown or 50/100% more damage without cooldown for instant kill immuned enemies.
Mixed of Flood of Anger - Crippling Strike - Razor Focus:
- Flood of Anger (FoA): Adrenaline Point (AP) cost reduced from 3 to 2.5/2.25/2/1.75/1.5. Fixed bug FoA together with Rage Management consume AP but do nothing.
- Crippling Strike: Instantly gain 0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 Adrenaline Point when enter combat. Successful strikes have 3/6/9/12/15% chance of 50% damage lifesteal (if Vitality is not max) or restore 0.3 Adrenaline Point (if AP is not max) or 20% Stamina (if Stamina is not max) or double its damage.
- Razor Focus: after cast a Sign, 20/40/60/80/100% chance consumming 1 Adrenaline Point and imbue next attack with that Sign effect.
Arrow Deflection: Deflect arrows while parrying. Perfectly timed parries reflect arrows back at the attacker and deal 100/200/400% damage. Armor have 33/66/100% chance of deflecting all arrows.
MISC
Water Hag Decoction: Increase damage even when Vitality is not at max. Increased value scale with how much Vitality remaining.
School Techniques Ignore Armor Type: Count every equipped armor pieces, 2 wrong type pieces only counted as 1 correct piece. Work better with Overleveled skill always active.
Crossbow: Shot 3 arrows (6 with Trick Shot perk activated) before require reloading.
Gorged On Power: The bonus from Place of Power, Armorer's Table and Grindstone lasts indefinitely. Place of Power now grant all 5 Signs type bonus when drawing. Skill is always active when learned without require skill slot.
OPTIONAL (PACKED IN MAIN FILE BUT INACTIVED AS DEFAULT, READ INSTALLATION BELLOW):

Flood of Anger - Replenishment effect: Replenishment enchant effect, after cast a Sign, 20/40/60/80/100% chance consumming 1 Adrenaline Point and imbue next attack with that Sign effect.
Flood Of Anger - Rage Management fix: Standalone mod, vanilla Flood of Anger (FoA) but Adrenaline Point (AP) cost reduced from 3 to 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1. Fixed bug FoA together with Rage Management consume AP but do nothing.
General Skills Always Active: Small mod that make general skills always active when learned without costing your precious skill slot.
Hunter Instinct: Fix skill always give level 1 bonus value bug, remove oil type check, critical hit damage bonus increase by Adrenaline Points and capped at normal value instead of only give bonus when Adrenaline Points is at max.
Frenzy: Change vanilla effect (time slowed if enemies about to counter) to increase exp granted from kills.
Fixative: Increase oil count and add 4/7/10% increased critical hit chance for sword attacks.
INSTALLATION
- Extract your downloaded files to ...\The Witcher 3\Mods folder.
- Remove/Inactive your unwanted mods by add underscore before their folder name (modName to _modName).
- Add/Active optional mod by remove underscore before their folder name (_modName to modName).
- Run Script Merger and solve any conflicts if exist.
- Run the game.
