There are 2 savefiles of NG.
I made these for my own playing, and now I'm goint go share them.
(1)Lv100 late game
You can start NG+ with this.
And of course you can continue the game with this save file if you want to.
For further information,please read "Information about Lv100 late game" section below.
(2)Lv100 early game
You can only continue the game.
You can't start NG+ with this.
The game has just begun,so have it your own way:)
For further information,please read "Information about Lv100 early game" section below.
USAGE:
Download the save file.
Unzip it and you will find 2 files.
Copy them to your savefile folder of Witcher3.
Have fun!
MY ENVIRONMENT:
GOG GOTY 1.31(A)
QUESTIONS?:
I didn't and won't test these save files in other environment than mine.However,,,
I think you can use this save file with version 1.31 or higher.
And it doesn't matter whether you use mods or not,I think.
And it also doesn't matter whether you use GOG or STEAM,I think.
This is just a save file so please feel free to try it :)

Everything except above:As usual,nothing special.
