While retaining the characteristics of each faction, I have weakened the Northern Realms and Nilfgaardian Empire, and strengthened Scoia'tael and Monsters. This will allow you to play the game with the same feeling as before, but with a little more formidable opponent than before.
I have tried to make sure that the strength of each unit card reflects the strength of the person portrayed, but the criteria also includes a great deal of my own personal impressions of fighting them in the Witcher trilogy. Neutral and Northern Realms and Nilfgaardian Empire units were chosen for their strength and abilities based on the excellence of the people depicted as they are. Heroes and Monsters are stronger than they actually are, and Scoia'tael gets a significant bonus.
