About mod
This mod modifier only "Ultra" settings in "Graphics" tab.The target was to achieve better visual look on "Ultra" settings.
Now "Ultra" settings support textures in 4K resolution, increase number of background characters, grass density, water, terrain and shadow quallity.
For example, shadows in vanilla "Ultra" setting have 512x512 resolution, this mod makes shadows in 2k.
Note: I made this graphic preset initially for myself and share him with you. I hope someone likes it.
Performance/FPS drop?
Yes, from 10 to 15 fps dropping, depending on the situation. For my PC configuration, duh.
You can get other values!
Features
Add a new HairWorks preset "Optimized". Better of "Low" settings, but worst than "High".
"High" HairWorks option value increased.
Installation
- Important note: don't forget makes backup your files!
Step 1. Navigate to <game_path> (example: D:\Games:\The Witcher 3);
Step 2. Drag and drop bin folder there;
Step 3. When system ask replace files, click on "Yes".
Activation
Step 1. Run the game;
Step 2. Go to Options\Video Settings\Graphic tab;
Step 3. Use your mouse wheel or arrow keys to select "Ultra" setting.
Uninstallation
Copy and replace your backup files. Have you backed up your files?
