Change the healing bonus of Vampire set to be based on damage dealt like Caretaker's spade

The mod changes the bonus on Vampire sets Tesham Mutna and Hen Gaidth to be like Caretaker's, since killing enemy is far too situational.
For any damage dealt, 2% per piece of gear worn is returned as vitality to heal Geralt. A total of 6 pieces means 12% of damage.
To merge with other mods, copy-paste the lines commented with "modNewVampireSetBonus"
