It is written in Java. So you need installed Java Runtime Environment. https://java.com/en/download/ When it founds conflct between scripts (*.ws files), try this tool http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/484 When it founds conflct between XML,textures, models, then just delete one conflicting mod.
