The head textures for the first time you see adult Ciri are still vanilla, tried finding them myself but couldn't seem to so just letting you know. Amazing mod though she looks awesome.
I did some more digging and found it, I adjusted to color so she still has a scrapped up dirty face in the cutscene but it still fits on Freya Allans face, is it alright if I upload it as a fix or maybe just send it to you?

It'd also be consistent with the story as presented in the game: while on the Isle of Mists, Geralt tells Ciri that "her scar has been healing beautifully," to which she says it's thanks to special ointments made for her by Avallac'h (from 0:40):

Waiting eagerly for version containing child Ciri - cause, this is the one that bothered us most (in-game looking more like 8-9 years, than around 13-14...)
I admire the effort. This Ciri still looks a little like the original younger Ciri to me. That being said, my eyesight is terrible, so I may be missing the finer details. The main thing I notice is the eyebrows, which are spot-on. Other than that, it looks like a combination of both younger Ciri and Freya Allan. Considering it's only version 1.0, it's a really good first attempt. Keep working on it, and improve whatever you feel like you need to improve about it. The Henry Cavill and Anya Chalotra mods are as close to their onscreen counterparts as you can get, so great work there.
amazing mod sir you are doing amazing job i have a question would you be able to do a version without the skin change so it can look nice with this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1398 it does work but the head obviously has a different color so it gives a line between body and head which is so off putting
