Usage:
tphack(1) in console to activate
tphack(0) to deactivate
Right click on map to teleport
No side effects until activated from console, can play the game normally with mod installed
And no side effects after deactivated
Includes 2 pieces of code from Sensible Map Borders mod (used only when mod is activated) to prevent soft locks when teleporting out of bounds
