It's working for me. I just loaded my 1.31 save around the end of the Velen chapter, and it worked. I've been playing a bit since then whiteout issues.
I would suggest you check if your old save has some mods or dlc's tied to it.
I'm using the game of the year edition and am curious right where you found the feline crossbow on my game save it shows a white hidden treasure icon where the crossbow is but when i go to pick it up the hidden treasure icon doesn't go grey or disappear I didn't see it in your game save but if it was in there can you tell me how to get rid of it
I can't progress the 'Get Junior' quest because I can't activate the cutscene with Priscilla after I ran through Junior's mansion at Oxenfurt. This is probably because Dandelion was apparently 'freed' as evident by how he and Priscilla were at where they were both normally at. Is there a fix for this?

Just the level 100 seems too high for me especially in the beginning of the game. I tried the console command setlevel but doesn't seem to work .. any ideas?
This is just what I wanted at the moment. I mean to start a new playthrough, but some little things and quests have become distracting and time consuming. Thank you for the effort, I imagine it must have been quite a chore.
Edit: Any tips on how to use this with the 1.31 version of the game? It seems I can't load a 1.32 gamesave.
Pure gold mate, thanks again. By the way, I found a huge dump of all the swords and armor in the river by the bridge in White Orchard, if anyone needs those.
Haha yea those swords are from looted chests around the world, though I doubt it will be of any more use because I've already compiled the best gears in the game

What's the difference between your two save files?
This save along with two I just posted are the three main saves that are fully usable. Do check it out!
