I had some free time, so decided to do this. It replaces the pinup poster you find by going to jail by the end of B&W.
Didn't go to jail? You can add the poster to your inventore using the debug consoler and typing the following line (If you need help with the consoler, you'll find it at the consoler mod page):
additem('q705_pinup_poster')
To install, download the mod and place it at the The Witcher 3/mods directory.
