Hi! To completely replicate the lighting and tones, I recommend using the following along with Serenity:
Vanilla Lighting and Weather - https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/5452)
      BlitzFX - https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/6447

Is there a possibility to use it with Witcher 2 Overhaul?

It can be used with any lighting/weather mod, but the results may not be as pleasing. If you try it, let me know how it turns out!

Hello, does this preset really only have three LUT, Border and Grain options? Am I doing something wrong?

Thats it! Everything is as LUT based as it can be, this way you get the changes and keep the frames!

    It's fantastic! Thank you!
All this time I've been struggling with mods that change visual atmosphere because they also make nights, interiors, caves abysmal dark while this one is balanced perfectly.

Nice to read that, gonna try this one out, I had the same problem with reshades because of abysmal dark interior, nights and such

Wonderful preset!!!. But cinematic bars are too big. Anyway to reduce size or remove them?

Use Reshade GUI or tweak through the ini file.

Does this need Reshade 4.5.3 or the latest (4.9.1)? I tried using the latest as given in the instructions and used default installation. There was only one file to move in reshade-shaders (The Aeonic20201LUT.png file) and I used the .ini file but it only resulted in a more blackish-whitish effect and only 2 effects were activated by default using the .ini file. Is there something I'm missing because I'm quite sure I followed the instructions.
    P.S.
Sorry if my tone sounds demanding, I was just so hyped to use this reshade and it doesnt seem to work the way its supposed to...
    Additional Info:
The only 2 effects that are activated in Aeonic 2021.ini were the LUT and Filmgrain effects. The LUT made everything more black and white. Also I renamed the dxgi.dll into d3d11.dll to prevent reshade from crashing at start. I don't think it has anything to do with it but I'm new at this so might be wrong.

Tried using it in reshade 4.5.3 doesn't work at all. I think I might be missing certain effects...

The problem is that I'm indecisive! I'll always figure out something I wanna change and then it ends up being a snowball effect, I'll get it perfect eventually!!! lol

Thank you so much for your work. As many others recommended I tried Photorealistic Reshade 1st and it killed my fps during the storms to below 60. With your mod I can rock this fantastic reshade with no performance loss. Simply amazing.
