Not sure if this is considered a bug but when I attempt to drag the mod folder into my W3 mod directory I'm met with the following error specifically for the texture cache file. Has anyone else encountered this error?. Not sure if the file is corrupted but all the other files in it's content folder copy over just fine, it's solely the texture.cache file that won't carry over. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Much appreciated, that actually resolved the issue and the mod copied over to my W3 mod directory now. It's just going to be a while before I even make it to Velen to confirm if the mod took effect lol.
is there a way to make the flaming rose armor (the bulky one the guards wear) usable. anohter guy has a screenshot of him wearing it but hasn't explained how to get it
I noticed that guy had Geralt wearing it too. It looked badass, I mean if we are able to wear Wild Hunt armor and Nilfgaardian armor from the (Shields) mod that the mod author also made, you'd think we'd be able to also wear the Flaming Rose/Redanian plate armor too?
on the next gen 4.03 update this mod is causing the blurry loading times between dialogues, sometimes lasting for 15-20 seconds of load and sometimes crashing in the regions of oxenfurt and novigrad. works good on velen and white orchard.
No idea why you get blurred loading times if it's not the hard limit mod. I could be wrong but I suppose it depend how much VRAM you have and how fast is your disk driver. Slower loading can easily occur when using many texture mod.
i tried reinstalling it just now and it works fine so far. atleast i dont see the loading at the places i found them in earlier like oxenfurt and novigrad. Though i think it could be coz of the dx12 unstability. I switched to dx11 after the poor performance dx12 kept giving even after setting it to the lowest. meanwhile the dx11 version of the game is giving 80-90s fps in novigrad at 1440p ultra+
