The original mod spawned 1 meteor dropping straight vertically on a point or yourself doing minor damage. I made an edit that causes 15 meteors to come at random angles and hit random locations around the target. If nobody is being targeted they will drop around you. The AoE is generous enough that everything within the area should take damage from at least 1 meteor if not more.

Apart from that, I also buffed the meteors to ignore armor and do 5x the original damage. 
Edit 20/07/2021: Added a version that does 10x original damage and no self-damage. Also added dismember variants.

Instructions
1. Unzip contents to Witcher 3 base folder (if they ask to merge folders click yes) OR use Witcher 3 Mod Manager (recommended)
2. Go to White Orchard and buy Josh's Meteor Amulet from Brams, the merchant you meet at the very start of the game
3. Equip to an item slot and use to see the fireworks

P.S. If you cannot find the item in the store, the console command to spawn it is "additem('kng_geralt_meteor')".
