An essential mod for any playthrough of mine, this mod is truly invaluable. I encourage all book and fans of The Witcher to include this as a staple in your playthroughs! As a fan of the books, as well as the first game, the changes made to Geralt's physical appearance in the base Witcher 3 game were always extremely off putting. I found myself never really able to play the game due to Geralt not appearing as I had always envisioned him - I felt as if I were playing as an actor in a movie simply portraying Geralt.
Geralt is a Witcher - a mutated, pale skinned, cat-eyed, animal-like man, often called a "freak" and feared by those who have not explored his heroic personality. TW3's incarnation of Geralt completely disgraces this established lore by removing all except the eyes, which were toned down drastically. This mod preserves and restores the original vision of the protagonist of the Witcher series, and for that, you have my eternal gratitude.
This should have been included in the base game. If not, the developers could have at least added this in as free DLC. "Alternative Look For Geralt" or something of the sort.
Once again, the fans are doing what the devs should have done in the first place... Endorsed and favorited!
Yes. I really liked his visual in TW1. One of the first things that i searched after download the game was a mod for his face. I finded the Original Geralt by Hiuuz. Maybe one day i will make another version of this mod. You can try too the mods: The Witcher 1 (2007) Geralt from piom203 and TW1 Geralt's Face ONE from Lascaroman. They are mods for Geralt in Tw1 visual.
