      Working even for patch 1.22. EDIT: for patch 1.12 replace "Log" with "LogWithName" in the first line! I had edit and it works, wont work without edit. Thanks.

    i have tried both mods - Friendly Meditation and Preparations and they are the only ones i get script errors with. deactivate them and game loads fine with numerous other mods. i tried script merger and i am just not willing to spend any more frustrating debugging attempts,especially when there is a risk of breaking the game for good.

    as much as i appreciate all the effort modders put in - we shouldnt have to run script mergers and change text files etc for things to work. this may be a limitation with how the core game works - but any game that allows mods really should make it easy for the modders as well as the casual pc gamer (with little technical skill) to instal and work with minimal effort.

    such a shame for these 2 mods anyway as i totally love the concept of them. using GOG GOTY version btw.

    You didn't explain at all how to make it work with multiple mods. Should I copy and paste everything? Can't you give an example?

    What does the author mean by 'append their data at the end of the mod.settings file', I had assumed he meant add the mods below the text in bracket form like the example but that didn't work. How do I get this to function with multiple mods?

    Can somebody give me some advice? I tried downloading some mods and it crashed my game. I permanentely deleted all the mods I tried to use. Uninstalled and re-downloaded The witcher 3 then I Downloaded this and its done nothing for me, because I have no mods to fix. But everytime I try and start the game I get the stupid Script compilation errors that shouldn't exist anymore. I don't know what to do, I can't find a fix ANYWHERE on google or steam discussions.

      Have you tried using script merger mod?

      There are some mods that require manual install, you might have forgotten about those.

    Maybe I'm missing something here- your instructions say to copy a file called mod.settings, but no such file exists inside the zip, and the zip has multiple folder paths full of other files, so digging through them all (since there was no path explained in your instructions,) was a huge pain, only to find- no such file exists. I'd love to find out I'm an idiot- could you (or anyone) explain where mod.settings is to be found?

    for those of you who are having problems compiling mods and are using the gog version follow this guide

    i was having problems just the same so i tried this mod *Script Compile Fix* but it did nothing to help. i followed the above guide and deleted this mod, And my game started to compile mods and launch with no problems.

    These Errors i still get now when i try and compile while running this mod, so its most likely outdated.


    so my advice dont use this unless it gets a update or something.
