Main story and Hearts of Stone DLC Completed at 100%. Save is on NG+ during BAW, before the "The Night of Long Fangs" quest.
All quests on the Velen and Skellige map are finished, no failed ones. All maps are cleared. All gwent cards collected, Collect'em All quest is done.
Romanced Yennifer, Radovid is dead, Djikstra is dead, Ciri becomes a witcher, I decided not to save Olgierd and I got the horn of plenty which is always full of food.
I finished the quest for the Manticore armor. I have the Manticore and Viper armors and some dyes if you wish to change armor color.
Geralt is at Level 100, chest is full of items you can sell or use. Most of the Blood and Wine quests and the map remain unfinished.
Update:
I have uploaded a save game after completion of the Blood and Wine main mission and Be It Ever So Humble, as well as the Gwent Skellige quest.
