Geralt only use alternative hairstyles on some specific armor (most notable is Ursine armor)
This mod will force alternative hairstyles on all Witcher gear armors (NG+ legendary gear too)
Beware that alternative hairstyles might not looks good on all armor, depends on personal tastes.
Not all hairstyles have alternative look.
Geralt's alternative default hairstyle looks quite well on Wolf armor, I personally use it on my play through.
