How to:
Extract my mod and put the "modAlexaminMusic" in the Mods folder (make one if u don't have any) in ur game's folder.
I modded and tested this with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition GOG version 1.32, so I don't know if it's going to work with other versions of the game or not, but if it is just a script conflict to other version of the game's scripts, deleting the scripts folder in my mod could be a solution.
I didn't test other main menu music or related mods to see if they are compatible with my mod or not. So I don't know if u can have my mod and those mods to be active at the same time. Test it yourself.
NOTE: I don't know how the Steam and GOG scripts are different from each other, but if u have the GOG GOTY 1.32 version then u will hear my song on the main and DLCs animation menus all the time (delete the scripts folder in my mod if u want to hear it randomly and only on Blood and Wine menu), but if u have the Steam version u can still test my mod, if it didn't work then I guess u gotta delete the scripts folder in my mod.
For uninstalling, simply delete "modAlexaminMusic" from the Mods folder in ur game's folder.
