      I'm about a year and a half late--but yes, you can totally just boot this up to play the final battle.

      go to your Documents folder, and put the save file into your "gamesaves" folder. Then just launch the game, load the save file, and talk to Zoltan. 
      Here's the directory: \Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves

   I talked to Zoltan and Djikstra, but still don't get achievement. Please help.

      It should pop right after talking to Zoltan, I'm sorry. It may be a problem with your steam or whatever platform you're using

   Worked like a charm! Thanks for this upload.
   
   For anyone having any issues on Steam just backup your save files and turn off Steam cloud saving before booting up.
   Also pretty sure it doesn't matter, but I cut out all my original saves in the folder and pasted this one by itself so it was easier to find than sorting through a hundred or so manual saves.
