It´s a great idea. Gaunter should look way better looking and charming the first part of the game, when he's trying to trick his victims into a deal, and this way the last part of the game, showing his real face, when the deal is done and he's trying to collect debts.
I like your work and it looks really good. But, tbh lore wise, Guanter isn't supposed to look scary. He's supposed to look friendly and is supposed to be charming af. He's not coercing people with his silver tongue, looking like that.
Could you maybe make a version of gaunter o'dimm what he looks like when he lost after geralt challenged him? So with his regular clothes and all but more scary face? that would be really cool :)
