after installing the mod Yrden was acting weird, instead of a magic circle it would summon a single glowing spot mark, no it wasnt the magic trap

I think i found a bug with this Mod. Sometimes when you get a new Skillpoint and use it the Point won't vanish from the "Free" Count. You can use it unlimited Times until you unlock a complete new Skill and even then sometimes it doesn't vanishs. This is a bit irritating because the Games tells you all the Time i have unspent Points, while i did spent the Point it just got bugged.

My List of Mods who MAYBE could be important:

    Your Balanced Edition
Better Experience Curve Wolf Edition (im not sure it only lowers the exp curve)

Oh and another Point i just found and i think is important. The Bug can maybe reproduced if you unlock a skill your normally not able to because without the mod there wouldn't be enough points invested in the tree. Sometimes it works normally sometimes not. Hope this helps searching.

Some skills need two points to one upgrade, I was just checking for a solution for this and found out. The Whirl Skill, Pyromaniac and Queen Intensity had this bug here. With one skill point you still upgrade them, but the point don't vanish. If you have two, the two points are used in one upgrade. So it was easy to overcome this with console, with the addskillpoints command.

Seem like the only way was use cleardevelop.
Load your NG save, drop items, cleardevelop, set your level again. make a manual save, then use that save to start NG+.

Potion of Clearance didn't open everything up for me.

The only way it would work was with 'cleardevelop', but that means I lost all my quest items, which can't be dropped.

Best to do it at start of NG+ then. But do you lost all potions as well?

Is there a way to remove the spent skill requirement without creating a new game?

There is indeed, install console enabler from Nexushttp://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/28/?

Then type in "cleardevelop" in the console.

      Then type "setlevel( level number)"

Alternatively you could try "Potion of Clearance"

You're back where you were but you don't need to start a new game, this trick works on all mods btw, i tested it many times.

Make sure you drop all your items on the floor somewhere close by or you will lose them.
