In basis this mod seeks to revert the scaling of oils to make them more useful during the early stages of the game.

Primary goal of the Oils UpdaTTed is to increase the usability and necessity of oils during the early stages of the game.
Secondary goal would be to preserve a notion of balance... as I define balance. I will be argued with though.

currently only an arguably overpowered version of this mod exists I'll be sure to build a version that rebalances oils somewhere around the games internal powercurve. (I.e. Imma make that mod a bit more balanced within the next few days, and It'd then need a metric floofton of feedback to keep it balanced)

OP Oils UpdaTTed stat changes:

Oil Tier 1 from 10% additional damage to 50% additional damage
Oil Tier 2 from 25% additional damage to 80% additional damage
Oil Tier 3 from 50% additional damage to 100% additional damage
as you see, oils are thereby made kind of OP in service to a more engaging and Immersive start. However as I do not think enemy toughness increases difficulty I do advise to use this version if you're playing on death march difficulty. (This might need some looking into for hanged mans venom, as humans are already well balanced to fight against)

Oil Tier 1 from 10% additional damage to 25% additional damage
Oil Tier 2 from 25% additional damage to 40% additional damage
Oil Tier 3 from 50% additional damage to 50% additional damage
this is basically just the same power curve of the base game but reversed from exponential to an approximation of negative exponential. I.e. it should be balanced but I haven't done much testing on that point.
