Red Dead Redemption 2 ReShade preset!

Permissions and credits
DESCRIPTION:
Red Dead Redemption 2 ReShade preset!
This preset is very cheap and minimal that does not make your PC cry (like some uploaded presets do here..)
A lot of people use the MXAO feature that causes post pass difference on the Ambient occlusion.
Using the MXAO feature will get the effect to appear after the lens pass from the game, causing weird blotchy black blobs all over the screen.
After some extensive tweaking, I managed to get the AO to look more grounded for Geralt and his gear + some range into the assets close to Geralt. This mimics the HBAO+ feature.

Step 1:
Download reshade app from https://reshade.me/
And follow the instructions.
Step 2:
Launch the game, then load the Reshade UI and locate the RDR2Style.ini.
Done!

Features:
  • *Keep the greens and more gritty desaturated look. And using the "emphasize" setting to get the distance look more like there is aerosol in the air.
This adds a layer of realism to the distance rendering as well as in the foreground.
  • *A Subtle Vignette effect similar to RDR2's screen.
  • *A very subtle blue/green tint to mimic RDR2 style lookup-table.(LUT)
  • *Rebalanced black contrast values to bring more range to the pixels.
A lot less "super dark" places.
  • *FXAA setting to smooth out those noisy edges(especially Geralt's chainmail armor)
  • Sky blue color has a more natural tint and less oversaturation.

KEEP IN MIND
That it is a post-process pass effect, UI in the game menu might look black or darker than usual.
So have a toggle assigned to the preset, I keep it on "Numpad *"
