I found that the majority of the armor enchantments were somewhat lack-luster while a lot of the sword enchantments were pretty useful. Seemed such a shame to really only be able to make use of only 1 Runeword in any given combat situation. With this mod you can put Runewords on armor, as well as Glyphwords on swords, not that I really see a benefit to the latter. This solution seemed more appealing to me rather than forcefully enabling certain enchantments 100% of the time.
Highly recommended to be used in conjunction with flo5581's Enchantments for all Gear Types to get the maximum experience. That mod will let you put enchantments on your armor regardless of slot count. My mod doesn't change the required rune slots as to not take away from that mod, which means you will only be able to put enchantments on items with 3 rune slots by default.
Obviously requires Hearts of Stone. I'd be amazed if you started enchanting without it.
