I can't upload neck tattoo on Young Geralt face textures, because I edited Atherisz files.
Buuuut I made it on oryginal Geralt face textures, so you can check it out.

Young Geralt More Scars - Face Textures
AMM MOD - Hairstyle
*(bug by turning on both Hair and Alt Hair, then taking off your armor part without refreshing)*
Geralt HairWorks Colors and Styles - Hair Color
Geralt Enhanced Wind Effect - Hairworks
And my Tattoo Mod - In this case "c9"
IF YOU LIKE HAIRSTYLE LIKE THIS, BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO USE AMM MOD, CHECK OUT MY OTHER MOD BELOW
