What this mod does:
This small mod fixes the last skill in the Axii tree: Domination. In Vanilla, this skill doesn't work at all in most cases. It is so unreliable that it's honestly a waste of precious ability points and slots. Now it simply works exactly the way it's described in the skill description. Nothing more, nothing less.
